The Biocard™ Celiac Disease Test is a rapid lateral flow immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of IgA antibodies to tissue transglutaminase from a fingerstick blood sample. The test also contains an integrated control system
All necessary accessories for sampling and testing are included

The test can be performed and evaluated in 10 minutes
The measured marker is tissue transglutaminase IgA antibody, according to European and US recommendations
The professional test version also contains a total IgA measurement system that shows the presence of IgA antibodies in the sample which reduces the risk of false negatives due to rare IgA deficiency (the prevalence of IgA deficiency is approximately 0. 2%)
